12jat Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 12jat platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members. Access to real-money gambling features requires a verified account in good standing.

1.2 12jat operates an online casino and sports betting platform designed exclusively for the Bangladesh market. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, cricket betting, and other sports wagering products.

1.3 These Terms should be read together with the 12jat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 12jat. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2.1 To register and use the 12jat platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion in place with 12jat.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 12jat or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studio partners.

2.2 By registering an account, you warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria stated above and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on 12jat. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 12jat uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be confiscated.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. This information must match the documents you submit during KYC verification.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. To complete KYC, you must submit a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and, where requested, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. 4.2 All deposited funds are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 12jat does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 12jat's control.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the same business day for fully verified accounts. Processing times for other methods may vary.

4.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 12jat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 or where fraud or irregular activity is suspected.

4.5 Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without prior dispute raised with 12jat support are treated as a breach of these Terms. 12jat reserves the right to suspend the account, recover the chargeback amount from any remaining balance, and pursue recovery through all available legal channels.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification.
• 12jat does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to accounts in a name different from the registered account holder.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Clause 5 before they may be withdrawn.
• 12jat reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where unusual wagering patterns or potential fraud is identified.

5.1 12jat offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions.

5.2 Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 12jat promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited to the account. Unused bonus funds will expire after this period.
• Bonuses are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or device.

5.3 12jat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a suspected abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — 12jat reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

5.4 Players participating in seasonal promotions tied to cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) should refer to the specific promotion page for the applicable terms, which may differ from the general conditions above.

6.1 All casino games available on 12jat are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and PG Soft. The rules governing each game are determined by the respective studio and are accessible within the game interface.

6.2 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, the round in question will be voided and the wager amount refunded to your account balance. 12jat is not liable for any potential winnings that were not registered due to a technical fault.

6.3 Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and tennis — are governed by the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless an obvious pricing error is identified by 12jat.
• In the event a scheduled match is postponed or abandoned, settled bets will follow the official result where a result has been reached. Where no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12jat platform and may result in account suspension, confiscation of funds, and legal action:

• Money laundering: Using the 12jat platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds of illegal origin.

8.1 12jat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account closure.

8.2 Upon voluntary account closure by the player, any real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method following a final KYC review. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of 12jat's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and legal proceedings.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12jat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

12.2 12jat does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or individual services.

12.3 12jat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 12jat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

13.1 12jat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

13.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 12jat platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 8.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market.
